Curry 12 ‘USA Podium Pack - Home’

Release Date: July 14, 2024

August 8, 2024, on the U.S. broadcast, Dwyane Wade dubbed it “The Stephen Curry Game,” while sports analysts hailed it as the greatest USMNTB game ever played.

Despite a slow start to the Olympics, Curry entered the semifinals averaging just 7 points per game, struggling from beyond the arc with a 5-for-20 three-point shooting performance through the first four games. However, as Team USA faced early offensive struggles against reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokić and Team Serbia, Curry delivered a breakout performance, keeping Team USA within reach despite trailing for most of the game—at one point by as many as 17 points.

With FIBA’s shortened 10-minute quarters, time was against Team USA. Entering the fourth quarter down by 13, they needed a spark. With 2:25 remaining, Serbia’s lead was cut to 86-84. In a designed play, Curry ran off-ball, curling around an Embiid screen to sink a go-ahead three-pointer, giving Team USA its first lead since the opening quarter. Moments later, he came up with a clutch steal, converting a fast-break layup to push the lead to five points. In the closing moments, Curry sealed the game at the free-throw line, securing a 95-91 victory and sending Team USA to the gold medal game.

Inspired by this legendary performance, the Curry 12 ‘Podium Pack – Home’ features a white engineered knit upper, accented with red and navy details on the laces, midsole, and heel counter, along with a cream-colored outsole. The side panel incorporates a navy-to-red gradient pattern, mirroring the design of Team USA’s jersey.

Released on July 14, 2024, this edition was available in limited quantities, sold exclusively on UnderArmour.com and DicksSportingGoods.com.
