The Under Armour ClutchFit Drive served as the predecessor to Stephen Curry’s first signature shoe with Under Armour and was worn during the first half of the 2014-2015 NBA season. Curry debuted his Player Edition (PE) ‘Alternate Home’ on December 10, 2014, in a home victory against the Houston Rockets, with the Warriors winning 105-93. In that game, Curry posted 20 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 three-pointers.
Under Armour launched the ClutchFit Drive alongside a collection of player-exclusive sneakers, including models from Kemba Walker and Brandon Jennings. The ClutchFit Drive ‘Alternate Home’ edition, designed exclusively for Curry, features the Golden State Warriors’ primary colors, with a gradient effect transitioning from royal blue to white on the upper and a taxi-yellow outsole. The shoe incorporates Under Armour’s flexible ClutchFit technology in the upper, designed to provide a second-skin-like fit for enhanced performance. A 3D molded tongue further ensures an optimal fit, while full-length Micro G foam cushioning offers superior comfort and support on the court.
